Newton quality of life -am I missing something?

Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $184,989 in Newton. Homes are going for about $1,202,500 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great sushi places. the quality of life is solid.
