What Newton does better than anywhere else

I'm originally from Orlando and It's a a smaller city city with about 88,504 people. With a population of 88,504, Newton is a smaller city. Rent is about $2,388/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to New York it's underrated.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out..
