Working remotely from Newton — my experience

I've been working remotely from Newton for 3 years now. Here's my take:

The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.

Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Decent, getting better with new providers
Coworking spaces: Limited but the library works in a pinch

If you're looking for a place to WFH, Newton is underrated for remote workers.

The food scene here is seriously underrated. So many great restaurants.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is drive around neighborhoods at different times before committing. Makes a big difference.
