Hi all, I'm originally from Omaha and Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $465,400 on average. Rent is about $2,150/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. ...
