Things Newtown Grant needs to improve

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 15 months ago and You can expect to pay around $2,379 for rent here. The median home value here is around $571,900, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
