First post here. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Newtown Grant sits at 89.8 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Newtown Grant? Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
