I'm single, late 50s, and Rent is about $784/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $104,400 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
