I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 18.7%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $104,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 5.7%, which is about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
