Most overrated things about Niantic

I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is tough in most areas.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The safety is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
