Is Nibley good for remote workers?

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 7,651, Nibley is a small town. Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $105,726, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Old Town area are solid. Kids love it here.
