Working in Nicholasville -salaries realistic?

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 4 months ago and Poverty rate is 10.5%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $996 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Miami it's better than expected.
