Dog-friendly places in Niles?

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $787 for rent here. Homes are going for about $108,400 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Lakewood side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
