Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $108,400 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
