Random thought, I'm originally from Miami and Homes are going for about $238,300 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
