Anyone else love living in Noble?

Hi all, Just moved here 12 months ago and Homes are going for about $191,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Noble sits at 245.6 per 100K. With a population of 7,337, Noble is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Baltimore about 10 years ago. The main reasons were school and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is decent.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
