I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $321,800, which seems about average. With a population of 71,940, Noblesville is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
