Remote worker thinking about Noblesville

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,284/month for a decent place. Median household income is $102,319, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,284 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Sunset. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in legal. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.
