Best hidden gems in Nocatee

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in South area are average. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much pricey but now it's excellent.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The dating scene is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
