Honest thoughts on life in Nocatee

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $585,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is average in most areas.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Italian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
