Is Nocatee walkable?

OK so Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I love the pace of life here.
