Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Median household income is $40,745, which feels on the lower side for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
