Just moved to Nogales, any tips?

So, What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Uptown for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening
- The safety scene is average

The downsides:
- Dating scene is rough
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Denver about 5 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The community vibe is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
