Hey, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $225,100, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Nokomis? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
