OK so I've been here for 6 years and It's a a small town city with about 1,394 people. Household incomes average around $72,083 in Nora Springs. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in South. It's excellent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in retail. If you're in real estate you might struggle.
People: Generally decent. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: decent. Tons of options if you like seafood.
