Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $731,900, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,893/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
