Is public transit usable in Norco?

Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and The median home value here is around $731,900, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,211 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much stable but now it's challenging.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening
- The job market scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Dating scene is rough
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Happy to answer more specific questions..
