Weekend activities in Norco?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,211 people. Household incomes average around $125,117 in Norco. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
