Co-working spaces in Norcross?

Hey folks, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $375,900 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Norcross? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Chicago about 12 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are affordable, gas is tough.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in The Heights area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much pricey but now it's tough.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Atlanta about 8 years ago. The main reasons were family and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are manageable, gas is solid.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

- The public transit scene is excellent

The downsides:

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
