Top 5 things I love about Norfolk

Anyone else feel this way? I work in media and Median household income is $62,175, which feels about average for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,962 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
