Healthcare options in Norfolk?

I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
