OK so Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The food scene scene is challenging
The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Can feel isolated
