Just moved to Norfolk, any tips?

Hello, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,246 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Southern places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
