There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Miami about 9 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are developing, gas is improving.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Good luck with whatever you decide..
