Is Normal getting better or worse?

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $974 for rent here. Homes are going for about $199,900 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Eastside side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
