Hi all, I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $65,060, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any help is appreciated. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Bought a house here in 2015 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
