Alright, Average temperature is around 63°F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Norman? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
