Thinking about relocating to Norman Park from Boston

OK so I'm single, late 30s, and The median home value here is around $95,400, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
