Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and The median home value here is around $205,100, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $65,058, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $205,100 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
