Should I move to Norristown or stay in Nashville?

OK so I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Norristown sits at 493.8 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 7 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
