Is it worth buying in North Attleborough Town?

So, Just moved here 4 months ago and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 30,842, North Attleborough Town is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone about the same since then.
