Median household income is $109,426, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $462,700, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for North Attleborough Town? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
