Hi all, I'm originally from Phoenix and It's a a smaller city city with about 30,842 people. Rent is about $1,402/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
