Pros and cons of North Auburn after 4 years

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 13,833 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts?

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The safety is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Used to live on the South side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
