Best industries in North Augusta right now

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $90,132, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for North Augusta? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
