Is North Augusta a good place to live?

Random thought, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 24,928, North Augusta is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -North Augusta sits at 230.4 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
