Is North Augusta getting better or worse?

Hi all, I work in tech and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $90,132 in North Augusta. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
