Is North Aurora worth moving to in 2026?

Hi all, Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -North Aurora sits at 141.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this?

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.
