Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $392,100, which seems about average. With a population of 10,999, North Bellport is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
