Best neighborhoods to rent in North Berwick?

So, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 1,811, North Berwick is a small town. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 1,811 people. Crime rate is something to consider -North Berwick sits at 42.3 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Baltimore about 9 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
