Healthcare options in North Canton?
I'm a teacher here and Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.
If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The healthcare is genuinely solid and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Lakewood) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.
But if you're coming from Dallas, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Chain restaurants dominate.
My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Nashville it's excellent.

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Midtown. It's surprisingly good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in real estate. If you're in government you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like BBQ.
